Motorline Volkswagen Group achieves top awards from Volkswagen UK.
The Volkswagen division within the Canterbury-based Motorline Group claimed the number one overall ranking for Volkswagen Retailer Group of the Year 2020 and Most Improved Retailer 2020 at Volkswagen Horsham.
Announced at the annual Volkswagen UK awards, which celebrates the efforts of the Volkswagen retailer network who have performed at the highest level in sales, Aftersales and customer experience, Motorline Volkswagen Group were dominant with all four businesses achieving top 10 retailer listing positions out of a network of 179 retailers across the UK.
The final ranking positions included Tunbridge Wells 10th, Horsham 8th, Coulsdon 7th and Gatwick 6th, resulting in the group achieving Top Retailer Group for 2020.

Volkswagen Horsham, led by General Manager Stuart Sim, won the Most Improved Retailer Award, rising an incredible 166 places in the Volkswagen retailer league, achieving 8th place. This transition in just 12 months has been based on strong foundations, an established team and collectively overachieving in tough conditions through a great team effort.
Volkswagen Gatwick was given a special mention during the awards ceremony for their exceptional efforts opening during the first lockdown. Delivering service, MOT and repair facilities for blue light, NHS, and the London Air Ambulance, they offered free labour and cost price parts to help and support the emergency services and key workers working through the challenging period.
