Motorline Audi Group achieve top awards from Audi UK.

The Audi division within the Canterbury based Motorline Group claimed two of the most prestigious awards from Audi UK on winning the Audi Improvement Q Power Award 2020 and Audi Aftersales Achievement Q Power Award 2020.

Announced at the virtual annual Audi UK Q Power awards, which celebrates the efforts of the Audi retailer network who have performed at the highest level in sales, after sales and customer experience, Motorline Audi Group won Progression for Improvement 2020. The Award recognised the outstanding level of performance and improvements made by the Canterbury, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells businesses in the last 12 months, with Motorline rising 14 places in the Audi Group league and placing the Kent-based Audi retailer group in the Top 10 of key partners within Audi.

Colin Jackson, Audi Operations Director from Motorline said, “It’s wonderful to receive these awards as recognition for the outstanding efforts of our Audi Management team and they are a testament to the dedication and focus of all our staff. Given the challenging trading conditions, to see such continuous improvements have been nothing short of outstanding.

Our relationship with the Audi UK team is the bedrock of our success and we are delighted to continue our growth and development through that partnership.”

Tunbridge Wells Audi, led by Head of Business Miles Sixsmith and Aftersales Manager Jim Wood, along with Mark Jones Parts Manager won the 2020 Aftersales Achievement Award, which recognises their outstanding performance and agility in delivering outstanding results, in very challenging conditions.

Andrew Doyle, Audi UK Managing Director commented on Motorline’s Multiple Wins:

“The whole Audi network has shown incredible resilience during the past 12 months. It’s hard to believe that only a year ago, we were largely un-impacted by Covid-19 and mostly unaware of the disruption that would follow both to our lives and our business. This years’ awards are therefore all the more poignant, and on behalf of everyone at Audi UK, I would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to each and every member of the Motorline Audi team for your commitment, passion, and continued efforts.

Your tenacity and resilience has been unprecedented, not only for your success in winning two Q Power awards but also for the combined successes we have enjoyed in 2020. “

Thomas Obee, Chief Executive Officer at Motorline, commented, “Since our takeover of three Audi businesses, our management and their teams have worked tirelessly to enhance the performance levels in all departments. This has seen a dramatic improvement with a heavy focus on the customers' experience and retention across the Audi brand. We are extremely proud to receive these awards and the recognition from the senior management team at Audi UK”.

“Since joining the Audi brand less than three years ago we have increased the number of customer-facing staff and heavily invested in our processes and training in these businesses. The awards from Audi UK are a clear signal that our investment has been rewarded”.
