Our service department, which has been open throughout the lockdown period, continues as normal allowing you to book in your service and MOT work at a time to suit you.
We've made our centres as safe as possible for your visit. Unless exempt, we kindly ask that visitors wear a face-covering at all times whilst on site.
In light of recent COVID-19 measures announced by the Government, Motorline requires all customers and visitors to check-in via the NHS 'Track and Trace' App and have their temperature checked by us before entering the dealership. Customers who record a high temperature (A high temperature is 37.8 degrees Celsius or above), will be respectfully declined from entering the premises.
If you're not ready to visit us yet, we understand and the option for a virtual appointment by video conference call, telephone or email is still very much open to you. Our website offers the facility to 'reserve a vehicle for just £99' or buy online with our 'Click and Collect’ option, where you can reserve and buy the vehicle of your choice and collect direct from us, with all vehicle handovers conducted outside of the showrooms whilst maintaining full social distancing in a COVID-19 safe manner. For added confidence when buying online, all used cars purchased via our online options also come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Appointments will be scheduled so you can avoid busy times and, when you arrive, your host will greet you at the entrance maintaining a two metre distance. Strict social distancing rules will be supported with markings to keep everyone at least 2 metres apart. We’ll keep doors open and pathways clear to avoid unnecessary contact. Please note from 24th July it is compulsory to wear a face covering during your visit to our centres*.
COVID-19 processes are in place to ensure the safest experience when taking a test drive. You can choose to be take an unaccompanied test drive, but the sales team will be available to answer any questions before and after your drive. We will ensure drop-off/pick-up are contactless and that the car and keys are disinfected after handling.
Antibacterial hand gel will be available for you to use throughout the showrooms and at every doorway. We will regularly sanitise every touchable surface. Disposable seat covers will be used for every vehicle we service and all documents and receipts, where possible, will be supplied electronically.
Strict handwashing protocol is in place to ensure all staff follow the guidelines.
All staff will receive appropriate PPE, for dealing with every customer. Perspex screens will be used where appropriate for added protection. We daily monitor our staff's health, giving you peace of mind when you visit.
