KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • To provide excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Department
  • To ensuring efficient processing of new, used and fleet vehicle orders
  • To develop effective manufacturer and supplier contact
  • To deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
  • To be the first point of contact meeting and greeting visitors entering the showroom and assist them with their enquires
  • To provide general administration support for Sales department
  • To help ensure every customer has a pleasant customer experience
  • To operate the showroom switchboard, answering incoming calls promptly and politely diverting to customers to the right department.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have excellent customer service skills
  • You must be a good communicator
  • You must be well organised, efficient and flexible

WORKING TIMES:

  • Saturday 8am - 6pm
  • Sunday 10am - 4pm
