Salary: On target earnings ranging up to £54,000

Key Objective

  • To Achieve revenue and profit in all areas of the used Car Department in accordance with budgets for the centre.
  • Have a desire to deliver the very highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction .
  • Ensure the Used Car Department operates with the required levels of efficiencies and strong management controls.
  • Ensure payments for used vehicles are made in accordance with Motorline policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Audi and Motorline brand values and standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure used Car retail and trade Objectives are achieved in accordance Motorline internal budgets and Manufacturers objectives
  • Ensure that there is a robust process where CitNow is fully utilised by the sales team.
  • Ensure that as part of the management team the Motorline Sales Process is adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure the Used Car marketing for the centre is maintained to the highest level
  • Carry out adequate inspections to ensure the Used Car display in kept within the Motorline and Audi UK standards and take action where necessary.
  • Ensure that research is carried to out to maintain the competitiveness of the stock within the local market and Market Area with daily reviews
  • Identify and optimise the profile of the used vehicle stock within the local market
  • Support the Transaction Managers in achieving the budgeted F&I income for the used car department.
  • Maintain a pro-active relationship with the management team and motivate the sales team to reach our joint objectives
  • Ensure all Brand standards are met with regards to audits and showroom / Display standards

Requirements

  • Brand Experience would be desirable
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • A proven record of high sales achievement, marketing and customer satisfaction
  • Able to set targets for Sales staff, then drive the staff to meet the targets
  • Staff management skills to maintain and develop the new car sales department
  • You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points

Hours

  • Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 6.00pm + a day off in the week)
