Salary: Competitive basic, and monthly commission.

As a result of our strong group performance, we are growing our Sales teams in Wales, Bristol, The Midlands, Gloucestershire, Hereford, West Sussex, Surrey and Kent.

We are looking for customer service and sales focussed individuals, for all the brands we work with including, Audi, Peugeot, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Skoda, Maserati and DriveNow.

More about the role of a Trainee Motorline Car Sales Executive:

You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot. You’ll engage with them whilst following our sales process, and leave them delighted, because you are brilliant at customer service.

You’ll get a great understanding of our vehicles and add on products and be able to present their features and benefits using your friendly, professional and helpful personality.

You know and understand how important it is to use social media, video and chat platforms to engage with customers, and you’re not afraid to use them.

You’ll be able to work 5 days a week, 8.30-6pm which includes Saturdays, a late night rota until 7pm and a Sunday rota as customers are often more available over the weekends. You’ll also enjoy getting involved in local sales activities, including VIP events and outdoor showground events.

You’ll have a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic and have no more than 6 points.
