SERVICE ADVISOR - ASHFORD

  • Salary: Basic £20,000 - £22,000 (DOE). OTE £23,500 - £26,500

Key Objectives:

  • To ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
  • To liase with the Workshop and other departments to ensure each service or repair is efficient and carried out to the highest quality standards.
  • To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
  • To maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services
  • To ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times

  • To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency

Applicant Requirements

  • You must be a well organised team player with effective communication skills
  • Good customer service and motor trade knowledge is essential
  • Current experience within a main dealership in the Motor trade would be an advantage
  • You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.


Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (1 hour for lunch) + 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am - 1pm
