Salary: On target earning ranging up to £25,000 (Depending on experience)

Key Objective:

  • Provide excellent support and administrative service to the Service Department
  • Develop effective manufacturer and supplier contact
  • Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control

Applicant’s requirements:

  • You must have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade
  • You must be a good communicator and have excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • You must be efficient, organised and flexible
  • You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points

Working Times:

  • 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
