SALES ADMINISTRATOR - HYUNDAI/LEXUS/PEUGEOT GATWICK

Job Description:

  • ​​Orders vehicles on the Manufacturers system when required to do so.
  • Creates new and used vehicles on the system.
  • Completes sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
  • Completes all pre-delivery related administration (e.g. vehicle registration, insurance, road tax, HPI, warranty registration ect)
  • Pushes and pulls job cards for vehicles as required.
  • Increases costs on job cards as required.
  • Funding/paying off cars on relevant Manufacturers systems as required.
  • Inputting bonus lines as required.
  • Adding /de fleeting demos as required.
  • Filing relevant paperwork in deal files.
  • To complete front of deal files correctly.
  • Provides general support to the Sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that may arise relating to their sales.

Applicant Requirements

  • You must have had current experience as a Sales Administrator for a Franchised Dealership
  • You must have a proven record of accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders
  • You must be a good communicator
  • You must be well organised, efficient and flexible

Pay and Benefits

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
