Reporting to Centre Manager, Sales Manager and Transaction Manager

  • SALARY: On target earning £32,000 
  • PENSION: After 3 months of employment you will be enrolled onto the Motorline pension scheme

  • Working alongside SM and TM using current Toyota systems identify potential finance customer renewals
  • Contacting customers by telephone to make appointments for sales staff
  • Identify potential renewal customers from daily list of customers due in for service
  • Working alongside SM, TM and sales staff to calculate prices and finance payments for customers based on current Toyota offers
  • Review of appointments with sales staff
  • Follow up by telephone of customers following appointments
  • Provide reports and analysis of appointments and sales to management team
  • Provide backup and support to transaction manager


  • Number of appointments made weekly against agreed targets
  • Toyota finance renewals reports
  • New and Used car finance penetrations

Candidate must be

  • confident on the telephone with an excellent telephone manner
  • numerate
  • have basic knowledge of Excel
  • Ideally have experience in telephone sales or in a call centre

Working Hours

Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30 + Weekends as required
