Salary: On target earnings ranging up to £53,000 (Depending on experience)

To manage, monitor and motivate a sales team
To drive used car sales, F&I sales and achieve or exceed target
To manage the retail display and keep it to the highest standard
To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
To ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
To ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standard
To ensure all cars are photo’d to the highest standard
To carry out part exchange valuations
To ensure the sales departments achieves profit margins in line with budget forecasts and annual objectives.
To continue to add value to the F&I process, improving the team's penetration levels on all products sold.
To second face with your sales team to find the best possible solutions for our customers and ensure that enquires and leads are correctly managed and distributed throughout the dealership.
To develop your sales team to ensure they have the skills and competencies to successfully do their job.
To complete sales reports and work closely with the Group Used Car Manager

To manage staff rotas
You must have current experience within a business manager position.
You must have excellent knowledge of the sales department
You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
Monday to Saturday with Sunday on rota and a day off in the week
