  • To manage, monitor and motivate a sales team
  • To drive used car sales, F&I sales and achieve or exceed target
  • To manage the retail display and keep it to the highest standard
  • To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
  • To ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
  • To ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standard
  • To ensure all cars are photo’d to the highest standard

Job Description:

  • To ensure the sales departments achieves profit margins in line with budget forecasts and annual objectives.
  • To continue to add value to the F&I process, improving the team's penetration levels on all products sold.
  • To second face with your sales team to find the best possible solutions for our customers and ensure that enquires and leads are correctly managed and distributed throughout the dealership.
  • To develop your sales team to ensure they have the skills and competencies to successfully do their job.
  • To complete sales reports and work closely with the Group Used Car Manager
  • To foster and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. All employees of this firm are required to carry out their duties in accordance with the firm’s Quality Policy and Procedures
  • To manage staff rotas

Candidate requirements:

  • You must have current experience within a business manager position.
  • You must have excellent knowledge of the sales department
  • You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points

Working Times:

  • Monday to Saturday with Sunday on rota and a day off in the week
