We have a rare, exciting opportunity for an inhouse Recruitment Advisor to join our Head Office team based in Canterbury. You will be joining a busy HR and Recruitment team with a strong belief in their ability to make a difference. We are looking for a colleague keen to get stuck in and show the same passion and positivity.

You will be supporting multiple sites in the Southeast, Bristol, Wales and as far up as the Midlands, working in partnership with our Senior Management team and HR Manager to shape and deliver our Recruitment strategy, with your main focus on our day-to-day recruitment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our current vacancies list
  • Reviewing and making recommendations to improve our advertising and processes
  • Managing our company and external job platforms
  • Liaising with our Agency partners for temp or perm vacancies candidates from Recruitment Agencies
  • Distribution of applications to recruiting managers
  • Assisting with our Recruitment days and attending our careers fairs
  • Reporting on Group Recruitment applications and vacancies
  • Managing Internal transfer requests

Person Specification:

You’ll be resilient and passionate about delivering a great recruitment experience for our candidates. You will be able to adapt quickly to manage changing priorities and feel comfortable working under pressure to achieve deadlines.

Ideally, you’ll have at least a year’s experience in Recruitment and be keen to progress your career in this area. We will also consider an applicant with a great attitude and passion for Recruitment who has limited experience in this area.
