• SALARY: On target earnings of £50,000

Key Objectives:

  • Ensuring all Motorline Lexus Customers go through the defined renewal process as dictated at the time
  • Making Customer appointments from renewal phone calls and ensuring that they attend their appointment
  • All contacts to be recorded on Key 2 Key and Enquiry Max
  • Ensuring Key 2 Key campaigns are maximised and matched too available New, Pre Reg, Ex-Demo and Used Car Stock
  • Assisting with all renewal and finance related audits from LFS to fully understand and be trained in all aspects of the TM role thus providing back up when required.
  • Train and develop on Car Wow and deal with the enquiry through to the sale and handover.
  • Maximise all areas of sales including new and used vehicle sales and to achieve targets set.
  • Talking to service customer and understanding their change cycle
  • Covering for sales in busy periods and holidays


  • Number of appointments made weekly against agreed targets
  • Toyota finance renewals reports
  • New and Used car finance penetrations

Applicant Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting objectives within a franchised dealership
  • You must have a very good telephone manor
  • You must be a good communicator and have excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • You must be efficient, organised and flexible
  • You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
