​Key Objective

  • To Achieve revenue and profit in all areas of the Used Car Department in accordance with budgets for the centre.
  • Ensure the Used Car Department operates with the required levels of efficiencies and strong management controls.
  • Ensure payments for used vehicles are made in accordance with Motorline policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Lexus and Motorline brand values and standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure Used Car Objectives are achieved in accordance Motorline internal budgets.
  •  Ensure that there is a robust process where CitNow is fully utilised by the sales team.
  • Ensure that as part of the management team the Motorline Sales Process is adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure the Used Car marketing for the centre is maintained to the highest level
  • Carry out adequate inspections to ensure the Used Car display in kept within the Motorline and Lexus standards and take action where necessary.
  • Ensure that research is carried to out to maintain the competitiveness of the stock within the local market with daily price checks.
  • Identify and optimise the profile of the used stock within the local market.
  • Ensure that Autotrader Accelerator is fully utilised to aid with the above.
  • Support the Transaction Manager in achieving the budgeted F&I income for the used car department.
  • Maintain a pro-active relationship with the used car buyers and use them to satisfy stock requirements.


  • Brand Experience would be desirable
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • A proven record of high sales achievement, marketing and customer satisfaction
  • Able to set targets for Sales staff, then drive the staff to meet the targets
  • Good at man management 
  • You must have a full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points


  • Working 5 days a week 8.30am - 6pm
