To assist in covering shift patterns, holiday cover etc, regular hours with additional hours available on a regular basis
Providing excellent customer service in booking in customer’s vehicle for MOT and servicing.
To contact customers to book routine service and MOT’s
To contact customers to complete a satisfaction survey
To promote the brands products and services
To answer incoming calls following the Motorline’s established processes
To provide accurate information in a clear and professional manner
To bring customer concerns to the attention of affected managers
To be professional and courteous to customers and colleagues.
You must have previous experience within a busy call centre environment.
You must have a confident telephone manner
You must have good customer service skills.
Hours of Work:
Working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday on a rota basis to cover the hours between 8.00am – 7.00pm plus alterative Saturdays 8.00 – 4.00pm with a day off in the week
Working Hours Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm with Saturday rota (Shift patterns)
