  • De-duplication of customer and vehicle records on Group CRM database, to meet targets set in advance by the Data & CRM Manager.
  • Update customer communication preferences as a result of direct mail returns, email unsubscribes and SMS opt outs, in accordance with Group GDPR policy.To include existing customers and enquirers.
  • Marketing campaign data extracts and cleansing, to support the needs of the business when required.
  • Maintain and provide regular reports on the number of customer and vehicle records updated against target.
  • Support & provide cover for the Data & CRM Manager in their absence.


  • 12 months previous experience within this position is essential
  • Experience using a CRM database in a B2C environment, preferably within the automotive sector and CDK Drive, although training will be provided to the right applicant.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, so strong organisational skills will be required.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and report creation software.
  • Work will frequently require communication with senior internal stakeholders and external agencies, so you’ll need to be confident with great interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of current GDPR guidelines and the implications for data security and customer privacy.
