Customer service representative - Contact centre
Duties:
- To assist in covering shift patterns, holiday cover etc,
regular hours with additional hours available on a regular basis
- Providing excellent customer service in booking in
customer’s vehicle for MOT and servicing.
- To contact customers to book routine service and MOT’s
- To contact customers to complete a satisfaction survey
- To promote the brands products and services
- To answer incoming calls following the Motorline’s
established processes
- To provide accurate information in a clear and
professional manner
- To bring customer concerns to the attention of affected
managers
- To be professional and courteous to customers and
colleagues.
Applicant’s requirements:
- You must have previous experience within a busy call
centre environment.
- You must have a confident telephone manner
- You must have good customer service skills.

Working Times:
Working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday on a rota basis
to cover the hours between:
- 8.00am – 7.00pm plus alterative Saturdays 8.00 –
4.00pm with a day off in the week
