Your chosen vehicle will be reserved for you for 48 hours, giving you ample time to get in touch to arrange viewing and payment. This fully refundable fee means you can secure the vehicle of your choice from the comfort of your armchair.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, we will process your refund within 48 hours of your request. Depending on your card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement
We use a secured verified payment provider which utilises encrypted software protecting your card payment details. We do not store any of your Card details.

If you would like to amend your application you can speak to anyone of our sales team and they will happily process any amendments to your application
Part Exchange
Yes, you can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your car purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your part exchange this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any amount left after settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit.
If your car is valued more than the car you would like to purchase and there is no outstanding finance on it, we will happily give you back the difference. This would be paid after taking delivery of your new vehicle.
Yes, assuming you have described your part exchange accurately, answered all the questions correctly and read our terms and conditions regarding part exchange your value will be guaranteed.
Yes, you can remove your part exchange from your order at any time prior to your vehicle handover. You will though have to allow for any adjustment in your quotation if your part exchange was being used towards your deposit.
Yes, if both the vehicles are owned by you, or you have the permissions of the owner to use the vehicle as part of your order. Our sales team will be able to help you in this scenario.
Yes, Delivery is free within 100 mile radius of the dealership the car is located at.
Yes of course, when purchasing your vehicle online, we have an option for delivery within 225 miles as well as Nationwide Delivery.
We aim to deliver all online purchases within 5 working days or sooner if possible.

Motorline adhere to a strict guidelines outlined by the UK Government. As such, all of our showrooms have been upgraded to facilitate PPE equipment, mandatory temperature checks, cleaning and disinfecting schedules as well as clear floor markings to maintain a 2 meter social distance.
Absolutely, Track and Trace is at all of our centres.
We ask that all visitors to our showrooms wear a face covering at all times whilst in the showrooms as well as check in on the Track and Trace app upon arrival.
Motorline Used Car – 14-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy
You have up to 14 days to get to know your Motorline car and to make sure it suits you. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely happy with it, just let us know before 6pm on the 14th day after your delivery or collection date and we’ll give you a full refund. We cannot accept the car for return if the car has been modified or altered from the condition it was at the time you accepted the car.

If you drive the car over the 250-mile limit during the first 14 days, every additional mile will cost £1 per mile and we may not be able to accept the car as a return. If the car has been in an accident or is damaged, we may not be able to accept the car under our terms for return and there may be charges for damage.

If you would like to return your car within the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee period, you will need to contact us to arrange a return date within 14 days of your delivery or collection. The return will need to take place within 14 days of when you received the car. If you do not book within 14 days of your delivery or collection date, or the car is not returned within 14 days of delivery or collection, you will not be eligible for the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. You can book your return by calling the branch where you purchased the car and ask for the Sales manager. You will also need to return your V5C log book at the same time, but if you have not received it by the time you return the car, please post it to Motorline branch that you purchased the car from once it arrives from the DVLA.

Prior to accepting a vehicle back for a refund, all necessary due diligence checks will be made, including checking HPI for any outstanding finance. When you return the car, we will check it over and agree if it is good to accept in return. Then we will start the refund process using the same original payment method.

We process all refunds within 24-48 hours. Once a refund has been processed, it takes 5-10 working days for the money to go back into your account. This is due to the amount of time needed for the bank to process your refund.

If you decide to return your Motorline car within the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee period, we will not be able to give you your old car back. We'll do our best to help you find an alternative car to buy from Motorline. We’ll also pay you the cash equivalent of the part exchange via bank transfer.
