Fixed Price Servicing for Volkswagens 3 to 10 years old
If you own a Volkswagen that is between three and 10 years old (and up to 2.0 litre engine), you pay a fixed cost for your servicing. That means all pricing is upfront and transparent, allowing you to budget for all your car car costs.
Pay only £139 for a minor service (every 12 months/10,000 miles) or £259 for a major service (every 24 months/20,000 miles)*. MOT tests are just £39.
Minor service includes: oil and filter change, vehicle inspection and report**, wash and vacuum, full vehicle road test, diagnostic check with report, re-set service interval display, Volkswagen stamp in service book, parts, oil, labour and VAT.
Major service includes: oil and filter change, replace pollen filter, vehicle inspection and report**, wash and vacuum, replace air filter, spark plugs (petrol engines) or fuel filter (diesel engine), remove wheels and check brakes, check/adjust tension on all drive belts, check gearbox oil level, check final drive oil level, full vehicle road test, diagnostic check and report, reset service interval display, Volkswagen stamp in service book, parts, labour, oil and VAT.
Our Service Promise also means free visual health checks, exterior bulbs and wiper blades fitted for free (when purchased from our Parts department) and a free road test with a technician if required. We'll also match any like-for-like quote within 10 miles.

Air-conditioning service (includes refresh, every 2 years) = £79
Brake fluid change (every 2 years) = £59
DSG transmission oil change (every 40,000 miles) = £179
Front brake pads replaced = from £129
Front brake pads and discs replaced = from £239
Rear brake pads/shoes replaced = from £129
Rear brake pads pads and discs replaced = from £229
Cambelt change (every 4 years**) = £319
Cambelt change inc water pump replaced = £399
** customers who reach the mileage limit before 4 years may be advised to change thier cambelt sooner.
All prices inlcude parts, oil, labour and VAT costs.

Loan car (including insurance with a maximum excess of £250; exl fuel = £12.50
Loan car (free if you self insure. Insurance must be fully comprehensive, to a value agreed with us. Evidence of insurance to the correct level will need to be produced before the car can be released = FREE
Collect and deliver depending where you live, we'll pick your car up and drop it back when the service is over. Just let us know in advance = £10 (up to 20 mins each way) £15 (up to 40 mins each way)
Courtesy lift for distances less than 20 minutes away (please book in advance) = FREE

*This offer applies to vehicles following a time and distance servicing regime only. Customers whose vehicles are on a long-life servicing regime can ask their participating authorised repairer about changing over to a time and distance servicing regime if they believe this will better suit their needs.
