The Renault Accident Support Line (RASL) is a free service offering support in the unfortunate event of an accident.

Once you register with RASL, should you find yourself in an accident - whether through your fault or not - call 0800 085 8005.

You'll speak to sympathetic staff who can organise assistance at the scene, and then help with any resulting claim or repair work.

Our dedicated claim handlers look after the entire process for you, meaning you don't have to do the chasing and waiting.

When you call on RASL to provide your accident support, you have reassurance that your Renault is in the best hands possible.

If repair work is needed, we ensure that only genuine Renault parts are used and are carrying the five year repair warranty.
