The NV300 is Nissan’s versatile mid-sized commercial vehicle which is available as a panel van, a crew van or a platform. With impressive fuel economy and a host of useful features to improve your working journeys, the NV300 makes solid business sense. Whichever variant you choose, the cabin is available in a range of three trim levels: Visia, Acenta and Tekna.
The NV300 has a compact exterior which is highly manoeuvrable and designed to optimise aerodynamic efficiency. Both the crew van and panel van have wide sliding doors for easy access, and the panel van has twin rear doors which open wide for stress-free loading. All grades of the Nissan NV300 include daytime running lights, and the Acenta adds practical extras such as rear parking sensors. The stylish range-topping Tekna boasts 17-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights and rain sensing windscreen wipers.
The panel van has a large capacity for its footprint, holding up to 8,600 litres of cargo. The crew van seats six people and leaves 4,000 litres of load space, while the combi variant has seating for up to nine people. With heavy-duty lashing hooks and optional LED lighting in the load space, the panel van is perfectly designed for the job in hand. In the cabin, you will find comfortable seats and a wealth of storage compartments. The Tekna adds luxurious touches, such as leather-covering on the steering wheel and gear knob.
The 1.6-litre dCi diesel engine is available with a choice of four power outputs: 94bhp, 118bhp, 123bhp or 143bhp. Each one is linked to a manual six-speed gearbox and delivers a smooth, economical drive. The 123bhp engine is the most fuel efficient, fitted with start/stop technology which ensures it returns 47.9mpg and emits just 155g/km of CO2. With agile handling and responsive acceleration, the NV300 is enjoyable to drive and performs well on busy urban roads.
Technology and Safety
The entry-level Visia variant is fitted with essentials such as DAB digital radio and electric front windows as standard, plus air conditioning and a smartphone dock in the Acenta grade. The range-topping Tekna trim adds the NissanConnect infotainment system with satellite navigation, which you control via an intuitive seven-inch colour touchscreen. Tekna also benefits from extra safety features such as cruise control with a speed limiter. Safety essentials including traction control and hill-start assist are fitted as standard across the range.
