The latest hybrid vehicle to join the fold - the CT200h - will be the first compact luxury full hybrid vehicle available in Europe.  Its low CO2 emissions and excellent fuel economy will beat all its rivals in the C-class segment. 

Lexus is the only brand to offer a range of full hybrid luxury vehicles, which unlike mild hybrids are capable of driving in Electric Vehicle (EV) mode. In EV mode, progress is near silent, no fuel is burnt and zero emissions are produced.

The International Energy Agency has said that Hybrid vehicles are: “the only practical way in which the environmental and energy objectives in the transportation sector can be pursued, especially because hybrid vehicles can easily be adjusted to operate on advanced or alternative fuels such as bio-fuels and natural gas”.
