Maintaining your Lexus starts here with our Service Reception Desk, where our team of Aftersales Consultants will arrange all your vehicle's service requirements.
We provide a collection and delivery service for your vehicle to and from your home or place of work, at no extra charge.
Courtesy vehicles can be provided (subject to terms and conditions) for those customers who would rather come to our dealership; we also offer a Lexus lounge area and telephone / fax facilities.
Our workshop offers the very latest in state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, with a team of Lexus Technicians, some who have been part of our Service Department since the very first Lexus car arrived at Lexus Canterbury in June 1990.
Lexus Canterbury and Lexus Tunbridge Wells' Technicians all have ongoing training, and provide a product knowledge that goes right back to the first Lexus vehicle.

- Routine servicing of all Lexus vehicles
- Lexus vehicle warranty and recall work
- Visual safety reports (VSR) on Lexus vehicles
- Mechanical repairs
- Replacement of wear and tear parts
- Sales of Genuine Parts and Accessories
- MOT testing
- Provision of body repairs and Smart repairs
- Replacement tyres, wheel balancing and alignment
- Air conditioning servicing and recharging
- Full vehicle valeting
- Customer car collection and delivery (subject to location/availability)
- Loan car service (subject to terms and conditions)

The team is available on Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. If you would like to book outside of these hours, simply complete the Service Booking or Call Back forms. A team member will call you to confirm your booking during the above hours.
