Infiniti’s luxury saloon represents the ideal choice for a luxury executive car or a large family car. The Q70 is designed to compete with the likes of the Audi 6 and the BMW 5 Series, and it does so in style.
The distinctive curves and signature grille of the Infiniti Q70 make sure that it stands out from the crowd. The Q70 is available in four trim levels, Premium, Premium Tech, Sport and Sport Tech. Premium editions carry 18-inch alloy wheels, with 20-inch alloys on the Sport models. LED daytime running lights and LED headlights with auto-levelling feature are provided right across the range.
I-key access means you can unlock your Q70 easily, even when you have your hands full.Inside you are surrounded by luxurious materials and finishes, such as white ash wood trims. Aluminium pedals and footrest add a sporty touch to the sophisticated interior in the Sports trim options. The curves of the exterior continue inside on the contoured dashboard. On higher trim levels, dual-zone adaptive climate control is fitted within the front seats, pumping hot or cold air through them to create your own individual micro-climate at your preferred temperature. There is plenty of space in the cabin and the boot capacity is good at 500 litres for the petrol edition, and 350 litres for the hybrid model because of the battery storage. It is also possible to create more storage space for occasional use by folding the rear seats down.
The Q70 comes with a choice of diesel, petrol or hybrid engine. The 2.2-litre diesel with seven-speed automatic transmission gives up to 58.9mpg, accelerates from 0-60mph in approximately nine seconds and has a top speed of 137mph. The 3.7-litre petrol edition yields 26.2mpg, travels from 0-60mph in six seconds and has a maximum speed of 155mph. Opt for the 3.5-litre seven-speed hybrid and you will get 45.6mpg, 0-60mph acceleration in just over five seconds, and a top speed of 155mph. Automatic start/stop technology is available to enhance fuel economy.
The Infiniti navigation system is provided on all Q70 cars, helping to find the best route. On the Premium Tech edition you will find an Around View Monitor, which incorporates sonar technology at the front and rear to detect moving objects. Other safety features on the Premium Tech and up include forward collision warning and distance control assist. The Bose Premium Sound system, fitted in the Premium model and up, delivers a great depth of sound through its 16 speakers, four of which are positioned in the front seats.
