Warranty administrator - Volkswagen Horsham
- To ensure the correct application of the warranty and goodwill policy and procedure.
- To achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- To submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis
- To monitor daily and weekly warranty reports
- To work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
- To assist the Service department when necessary
- You must have current experience within a similar role within a main franchised dealership
- You must be efficient, professional and display a positive attitude.
- You must have excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- You must have a full, valid driving licence with no more than 3 points
