Key Objectives:

To organise and co-ordinate motor vehicle parts sales to meet customer and inter-department requirements

To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques

To accurately identify customer parts requirements

To maintain parts stock and stock records

To process parts orders efficiently

To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

To contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines

To ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times

To liase with the Workshop and other departments to ensure each service or repair is efficient and carried out to the highest quality standards.

To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques

To maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services

To maintain excellent standards of departmental administration

To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency

Key success criteria:

To promote parts and Accessory sales

To ensure parts stockholding is kept to a minimum

Stock availability / stock value

Customer satisfaction

Team working and communication with other departments

Applicant’s requirements:

You must have previous experience within a parts department

You must be a good communicator and have great customer satisfaction skills

You must be organised and efficient.

You must have a full valid driving licence with no more than 3 points

You must live within 30 minutes of Maidstone

Pay & Benefits:

Minimum wage/Living Wage

Company Pension scheme

4 weeks holiday per year

Working Times:

8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 1.00pm alternate Saturdays
