1/ Ensuring all Motorline Skoda Customers go through the defined renewal process as dictated at the time
2/ Making Customer appointments from renewal phone calls and ensuring that they attend their appointments
3/ All contacts to be recorded on Key 2 Key and Enquiry Max
4/ Ensuring Key 2 Key campaigns are maximised and matched too available New, Pre Reg, Ex-Demo and Used Car Stock
5/ Assisting with all renewal and finance related audits from VWFS to fully understand and be trained in all aspects of the TM role thus providing back up when required
6/ Train and develop on Car Wow and deal with the enquiry through to the sale and handover.
7/ Understand the role of RLTD (Real Life Test Drive Programme) and carry out the process.
8/ Maximise all areas of sales including new and used vehicle sales and to achieve targets set.
You must have previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade
You must be a good communicator and have excellent customer satisfaction skills
You must be efficient, organised and flexible
You must have a full, valid driving licence with no more than 3 points
Pay & Benefits:
OTE up to £45,000 (Depending on experience)

Monday to Saturday 8:30am – 6pm
Sundays and bank holidays- 10am-5pm (summer) 10am-4pm (winter) on rota with 1 day off in the week
