We currently have 50 businesses across Kent, West Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey, South West, South Wales and the West Midlands, representing Volkswagen, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, Renault, Dacia, Škoda, Nissan, Maserati, Infiniti and Peugeot.

What is the role ?
A Motorline Trade Parts General Manager is someone who can lead their team to achieve the highest business KPI’s, adopting and maintaining the Motorline culture throughout, and enjoying a strong working relationship with our brand partner.This role requires someone who will ensure that all aspects of their branch performs at the high standards expected within every Motorline business.
As with any retail and trade environment the hours can be long, but the rewards are high and can lead to future career progression in the motor sector.

How will you succeed ?
The ideal candidate will already have qualities that we can further develop through our training and support.
Strong understanding in Parts Trade Sales and Management skills are required with a determination to succeed.
