Customer service representative - Contact centre

Duties:

  • To assist in covering shift patterns, holiday cover etc, regular hours with additional hours available on a regular basis
  • Providing excellent customer service in booking in customer’s vehicle for MOT and servicing.
  • To contact customers to book routine service and MOT’s
  • To contact customers to complete a satisfaction survey
  • To promote the brands products and services
  • To answer incoming calls following the Motorline’s established processes
  • To provide accurate information in a clear and professional manner
  • To bring customer concerns to the attention of affected managers
  • To be professional and courteous to customers and colleagues.

Applicant’s requirements:

  • You must have previous experience within a busy call centre environment.
  • You must have a confident telephone manner
  • You must have good customer service skills.

  • Basic salary + Commission (Depending on experience)

Working Times:

Working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday on a rota basis to cover the hours between:

  • 8.00am – 7.00pm plus alterative Saturdays 8.00 – 4.00pm with a day off in the week
