To assist in covering shift patterns, holiday cover etc, regular hours with additional hours available on a regular basis
Providing excellent customer service in booking in customer’s vehicle for MOT and servicing.
To contact customers to book routine service and MOT’s
To contact customers to complete a satisfaction survey
To promote the brands products and services
To answer incoming calls following the Motorline’s established processes
To provide accurate information in a clear and professional manner
To bring customer concerns to the attention of affected managers
To be professional and courteous to customers and colleagues.
You must have previous experience within a busy call centre environment.
You must have a confident telephone manner
You must have good customer service skills.
Pay & Benefits:
OTE at least £20,000 (Depending on experience)

Working shifts between the hours of Monday to Friday on a rota basis to cover the hours between 8.00am – 7.00pm and Saturdays 8.00 – 4.00pm
